Right of Revocation & Consent Withdrawal (Private Hobby Project)

1. No Statutory Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Since no paid contracts, commercial services, or goods are offered or concluded via this website, there is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal under German civil law (Section 312g BGB).

2. Withdrawal of Consent (Image Rights & Data Privacy)

If you have explicitly consented to the creation, processing, or publication of photographs (e.g., in the context of wedding photography) or to the processing of your contact details, you may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

3. How to Exercise the Withdrawal

To revoke your consent regarding published images or data processing, an informal notification via email is sufficient:
